The full wedding day: ceremony, drinks reception, seated dinner, DJ, and a coordinator who has done this two hundred times.

Our most-booked package, and the one most couples mean when they say "a wedding abroad". Venue hire, ceremony production, welcome drinks, a three-course dinner with drinks, floral design, DJ and dancefloor, and guest accommodation blocked at group rates. A planner is with you from the first call to the last dance.

Why this is the common answer

Because thirty to ninety guests is where most destination weddings land. It is large enough that the day has structure (a receiving line, speeches, a first dance, a proper party) and small enough that you know everyone in the room.

It is also the range where the venue choice genuinely opens up. Almost every property we work with handles this number, which means the decision becomes about what kind of day you want rather than which venue can physically hold you.

Where it happens

Everywhere. Ölüdeniz Lagoon Hotel and Belek Garden Resort for a hotel-shaped weekend where the guest list sleeps on site. Bodrum Bay Club if the party is the headline. Alaçatı Courtyard or Fethiye Olive Farm if you want long tables and no ballroom. Bosphorus Yalı if the day needs to feel like an occasion.

Which region suits you is mostly a question of where your guests fly from. That is the argument in how to choose between seven regions.

The shape of the day

Ceremony roughly ninety minutes before sunset, drinks reception through the golden hour, dinner as it goes dark, speeches between courses rather than after them, first dance around ten, and the party until the venue's curfew. That curfew is real and it varies by venue; it is written into your run sheet before you book, and there is a whole piece on why in music curfews and noise rules.

What makes this package work

A single planner attached to your name. Not a call centre, not a shared inbox. The same person who priced your quote is the one standing at the venue at eight in the morning taking delivery of the flowers.

You get an hour-by-hour run sheet before you fly, with every supplier, every arrival time and every fallback written into it. Nothing on that sheet is a surprise to you, because you approved it.

FAQ

Questions about the Signature package

How far in advance should we book a Signature wedding?

Nine to twelve months, and the reason is your guests rather than the venue. Flights bought eight months out cost a fraction of flights bought three months out, and across sixty guests that difference is larger than most line items in the wedding itself.

Is a DJ included, or live music?

A DJ, dancefloor and lighting are included. Live music (a duo, a string trio or a band) is an addition and it is quoted as a named line rather than folded into a total. Both are covered on the services page.

What happens if it rains?

Every venue we work with has a covered alternative, and which one it is, how long it takes to set up and who decides are written into your run sheet before you arrive. In May, June and September rain on a given day is unlikely; it is never left to chance.

Can we visit the venue before booking?

Yes, and above fifty guests we recommend it. We arrange venue visits and a menu tasting across two days. If you cannot travel, we run the same visits on a live video call and send the tasting notes.
