What we collect when you send an enquiry, why we keep it, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry we store the name, email address, phone number and country you give us, together with the wedding details you selected — region, approximate date and guest range. From those answers we also record an internal cost estimate, which is used only to prepare your quote and is never shown on the website.
We also record the IP address and browser the enquiry came from. This is used only to limit automated form abuse.
Why we keep it
To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. That is a pre-contractual step you asked us to take, which is our lawful basis under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where you tick the consent box, we also rely on your consent under Article 6(1)(a).
How long
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after 24 months. Bookings are kept for the period Turkish commercial and tax law requires, currently ten years.
Who else sees it
Your details are shared with the specific venue and suppliers involved in your wedding, and with no one else. We do not sell data and we do not pass your details to a network of vendors.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address above and we will respond within thirty days. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
This site sets one session cookie, which keeps your enquiry form secure against cross-site request forgery. It carries no tracking identifier and expires when you close your browser.
