The Intimate package assumes everyone you invited actually knows each other. We take a villa or a small hotel for exclusive use, run the ceremony on the terrace and seat everybody at one long table afterwards.

Why one table matters

Because it is the difference between a wedding and a party. At thirty guests, one table means the whole room hears the same speech, laughs at the same moment, and no one spends the evening at the table by the kitchen. Above about forty-five it stops being possible and the day becomes a different shape. That is where Signature begins.

Where it happens

This package was written for the villa coast. Villa Lykia in Kalkan is the archetype: you take the property for a week, twelve people sleep in it, the rest stay a few minutes away, and the wedding lands in the middle of a holiday everybody is already having. Kalkan Hillside House does the same at a smaller scale.

Away from Kalkan, Alaçatı Courtyard and Yalıkavak Stone House give you the same intimacy with a kitchen and rooms attached, a good answer if the villa week does not suit your guest list.

The week around the day

Most Intimate weddings are not one day. They are a welcome dinner, a boat day, the wedding, and a slow lunch afterwards. We will build the whole sequence if you want it, and there is a longer piece on how that runs in choosing your setting.

What we handle

Exclusive use of the property, the ceremony and celebrant, welcome drinks, the seated dinner with drinks, floral design for the ceremony and the table, a photographer for eight hours, and a planner on site running it. Guest accommodation is blocked at group rates under your name but booked and paid for by your guests directly. See how room blocks work.

FAQ

Questions about the Intimate package

Can we hold a legal ceremony at a private villa?

A Turkish registrar performs civil marriages at the registry office rather than at a private property, so a villa ceremony is symbolic. Most couples sign the register at home first. The day itself is identical either way. Celebrant, vows, rings, readings.

Do all our guests have to stay at the villa?

No, and usually they cannot. A six-bedroom villa sleeps twelve. Immediate family stays on site and everyone else goes into apartments and small hotels within walking distance, blocked under your name at a group rate.

What happens about food at a villa with no hotel kitchen?

Catering is brought in and cooked on site. That is usually an advantage: the menu is built with you at a tasting rather than chosen from a banqueting file, and it changes with what is good that week.

Is thirty guests too few to feel like a wedding?

It is the number at which a wedding feels most like itself. One table, one conversation, everybody in every photograph. The couples who find it too small are usually the ones who wanted a party rather than a dinner, and Signature is the better fit for them.
