Grand & Multi-Day
Multi-day celebrations produced end to end: mehendi, sangeet, nikah, reception.
For Indian, Pakistani and Gulf celebrations that run across several days and several venues. A dedicated production team, specialist catering with halal and vegetarian kitchens running in parallel, guest transport, room blocks, and a run sheet for every hour of every day.
What "multi-day" actually means operationally
Four separate events, each with its own set-up, its own catering brief, its own supplier list and its own guest movement. A three-day celebration is not a wedding with extra parties attached; it is three weddings that share a guest list.
That is why this package has a production team rather than a planner. On a typical Friday-to-Sunday there are three people on site at all times and a fourth managing arrivals at the airport.
Where it happens
Belek is the honest answer for most of these, because it is the only region with several properties that hold three hundred guests, house them all, and run three different events in three different spaces without moving anyone. Belek Garden Resort is the one we use most.
Bodrum works when privacy matters more than scale, and İstanbul when the guest list is arriving from three continents and flight connections outrank everything else.
Catering
Halal and vegetarian kitchens run as separate lines, not as an accommodation. Vegetarian guests at an Indian wedding are not a minority to be catered around; they are frequently half the room, and the food needs to be as good.
Menu tastings happen before contracts are signed, and the chef who cooks the tasting is the chef who cooks the wedding. We put that in writing because it is not universal.
Guest logistics
Room blocks across up to three hotels, a concierge desk in the main lobby for the duration, a fixed transport loop between hotels and venues, and a guest information page you forward once. There is more on the guest side of this in what to send your guests, and when.
Ceremonies
A nikah alongside a civil registrar needs sequencing, and getting it wrong is the most common avoidable problem in this package. Tell us at the first call which ceremonies you want and in which order, and we will build the legal side around them. The UAE guide covers the document position for Gulf residents, and the piece on the henna night covers the pre-wedding evening.

Questions about the Grand & Multi-Day package
Can you run a mehendi, sangeet, nikah and reception across three days?
Yes, and Belek is where we do most of them, because a handful of resorts there can hold all four events in different spaces and house the entire guest list in the same building. No transport between events means no lost hours and no lost guests.
How do you handle halal and vegetarian catering?
As two parallel kitchens with separate preparation, not as a modified main menu. Both are tasted before contracts are signed, and the chef who cooks the tasting is the one who cooks the wedding.
Can we have an imam and a civil registrar?
Yes. The two need sequencing rather than combining, and the order depends on whether the civil marriage is happening in Türkiye or at home. Raise it at the first call and we will build the schedule around it.
How many people from your team are on site?
Three at minimum throughout, plus a fourth managing airport arrivals on the heavy travel days. A single coordinator cannot run four events across three days, and we do not pretend otherwise.
