Halal kitchen throughout, a separate quiet room for guests who wanted one, and transport running on a fixed loop between three hotels and the venue.

Why three hotels

Two hundred and twelve guests do not fit in one property on the Bodrum peninsula at the standard this family wanted. Rather than compromise, we blocked three hotels within a fifteen-minute radius and ran a loop bus every twenty minutes for the whole weekend, with a concierge desk in the main lobby.

That is more expensive and more work than a single resort, and it is why couples with this guest count are usually pointed at Belek instead. Aisha and Omar wanted Bodrum, and we said what it would take.

Sequencing the nikah

The imam and the civil side were sequenced rather than combined, with the legal marriage already completed in the UAE. Getting that order right is the single most common avoidable problem in a multi-day celebration, and it needs deciding at the first call rather than the last month.
